Internet Services

If you are ONLY taking Internet service and no other Butler-Bremer services, a $7.00 network charge will apply.

If you are NOT on our fiber network, you will need a modem to receive Internet service. You may purchase a modem from Butler-Bremer Communications for $50.00 plus tax OR a modem with a built-in router (for wireless networking) for $75.00 plus tax. Your modem must be paid for prior to activation.

If you ARE on our fiber network, you will not need a modem for Internet service, but you will need a wireless router if you plan to connect wirelessly or plan to connect multiple computers or devices to your network. It is your responsibility to supply this router. You can purchase routers at most stores that carry electronics (Walmart, Best Buy, Amazon.com). Our technicians will hook up your router and make sure that it is working properly on one computer and that your wirelesss security is installed. Hooking up other devices to your wireless network is the responsibility of the customer.
