The rural telecom industry has been working with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on an ongoing issue, that of call completion problems in rural America. Maybe you’ve experienced one of the following; your phone rings and no-one is there; port long distance call quality; or you dial a long distance number and it doesn’t seem to go through. These issues seem to go in cycles, we’ll see them for a period of time then they disappear, but they always seem to come back.
The FCC has developed a website that you can go to to report problems when they occur, below is the link to the website. If you experience any long distance problems, please report them to the FCC and to our business office.
